Hey! It's been a year since Jum... Racco's first shots, so she has had to have her second round of inoculations about now. This is very big news for Racco fans throughout the world, and I hope Racco's human interface assistant will give us a report on whether the shots were administered without problems and whether Racco was OK after the shots.... as mentioned, she was a bit tired after the first shots... Where is Racco's human interface assistant!?
Raccoblog readers: O Racco, Racco! Wherefore art thou Racco? Deny thy blog administrator and refuse thy name; Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn our love, And we'll no longer discriminate against cats. Racco [Aside.]: Shall I hear more, or shall I speak at this? Raccoblog readers: 'Tis but thy lazy blog administrator that is our enemy. Thou art thyself, though not a cat. What's "cat"? It is nor hand, nor foot, Nor arm, nor face. O, be some other name Belonging to a cat. What's in a name? That which we call a dog By any other word would smell as bad. So Racco would, were she not Racco called, Retain that dear perfection which she owes Without that title. Racco, doff thy name; And for thy name, which is no part of thee, Take all ourself. Racco: I take thee at thy word. Call me but love, and I'll be new baptized; Henceforth I never will be just a cute cat, discriminated against by anti-cat bigots. Raccoblog readers: What cat art thou, that, thus bescreened in night, So stumblest on our counsel? Racco: By an offensive name I know not how to tell thee who I am. My name, dear saint, is hateful to myself Because it is an enemy to thee. Had I it written, I would tear the word. Raccoblog readers: Our ears have yet not drunk a hundred words Of thy tongue's uttering, yet I know the sound. Art thou not Racco, and a cat? Racco: Neither, fair readers, if either thee dislike. Raccoblog readers: How camest thou hither, tell me, and wherefore? The orchard walls are high and hard to climb, And the place death, considering who thou art, If any of anti-cat bigots find thee here. Racco: With love's light wings did I o'erperch these walls; For stony limits cannot hold love out, And what love can do, that dares love attempt. Therefore thy bigot friends are no stop to me. Raccoblog readers: If they do see thee, they will discriminate against thee. Racco: Alack, there lies more peril in thine eye Than twenty of their offensive words! Look thou but sweet, And I am proof against their bigotry. Raccoblog readers: We would not for the world they saw thee here.
